420 Spencer Street is an art deco heritage facade encompassing a modern high-rise mixed-use building of 43 Levels.

The design includes substations, loading bays, swimming pools, communal spaces, retail spaces, a gym and theatre, and 445 apartments.

Interspan worked closely with the builder and all subcontractors to ensure the building met the strict construction deadline imposed.
