Post-tension solutions for Aura – a new icon in luxury harbourside living

This ambitious project, undertaken by Aqualand Group, has a collection of oversized luxury 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom residences with designer interiors, elegant finishes, open space living and panoramic views. Aura boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides, providing panoramic views of the iconic Sydney skyline.

Interspan, the market leader in post-tensioned slab systems, were engaged by the Aqualand Group to supply, install and certify the installation of over 76,000m2 of post-tensioned slabs designed by BG&E.

The post tension slab scope included basements 2 to 5, lower ground, upper ground and the superstructure levels 1-29.
With its deep understanding of the project’s requirements, Interspan has used specialized installation techniques to navigate its large pour footprints and tight timelines while adhering to the highest quality standards.
Interspan’s journey in Aura started in March 2022, with the post-tension works completed in July 2023. The project is set to achieve practical completion by mid-2024.
