Global Switch, Australia’s only hyper-scale data centre campus in Sydney’s Pyrmont, presented Interspan’s NSW design and construction team with a particularly challenging project.

Each slab edge cantilevers further outward as the building ascends through five levels. The three-stage development houses five data floors, each with 12kPa loading to accommodate Global Switch’s state-of-the-art technology.

Interspan NSW was an integral part of client Hutchinson Builders’ design and construction team, which saw the 18,900 sqm project completed ahead of time and under budget.
