Jumeirah Living Marina Gate is the development’s third and final tower by Select Group. The total value of The Residences at Marina Gate development is $435.6m (AED1.6bn).

Interspan’s Dubai Team designed and built its 8 podiums and 56 floors.

The tower will comprise 104 serviced apartments, 389 private residences, and 15 villas. The project, with a 12ha (1.3 million ft2) built-up area, is due to be completed in Q4 2019.
