A rooftop garden and infinity pool carry a lot of weight – which is just one reason why the Pace Development Group chose Interspan’s post-tensioned concrete slabs for its iconic project – The Pace of Abbotsford.

The new 15-level luxury apartment building will incorporate the original red brick façade of a local landmark, the former Abbotsford Shoe Factory.

The 19,700 m² project, to be completed in 2019, will include 133 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, multi-level townhouses and three-level residences, and the Jack Merlo-design terrace and rooftop infinity pool.
