Luxury, resort-style living is headed to 601 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, in the form of the St Boulevard apartment project.

Interspan’s Victorian team designed post-tensioned slabs for the 44,100m 2 tri-building complex for I&D Group (Icon Co) and will also head up the construction phase. The post-tensioned slabs gave the strength and stability needed to bring the architect’s glass-shrouded, futuristic design to life across the three buildings.

The complex of two 20-storey buildings and one nine-storey design will house 435 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
