An environmentally sustainable, 18-storey Grade A office tower.

The project used a typical post-tensioned slab system for the tower, while a hollow core slab system was used in the carpark to reduce manpower and increase cycle times. Levels 10 to 17 were a complete integrated fit-out, including floors, ceilings, desks, chairs and cabling. This type of complete project delivery model is very new to the UAE.

The development is expected to achieve a LEED Gold rating for the shell and core and a LEED Platinum rating for the Standard Chartered Fit-out.
