The Mark Elsternwick project involves constructing a mixed-use development consisting of three buildings, two of which are seven levels high.

The Mark will include a Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, speciality retail tenancies, a multilevel basement car park, and over 390 residential Apartments.

The Development has one of the largest floor plates of all our projects in Victoria, with an 800mm transfer deck on Level 2.
