Wardian is a scheme consisting of two skyscrapers, designed by Glenn Howells Architects and owned by Developer – Ecoworld Ballymore. It is situated in the heart of London’s financial district.

These towers will be one of the tallest residential buildings, which will consist of 55 and 50 storeys containing over 700 luxury apartments and retail facilities on the ground floor.

This development combines modern architecture with innovative landscaping.

The project consists of bonded post-tensioned concrete flat slabs in both towers with varying slab thicknesses as defined by WSP.

This project has been modified through the course of construction, and our design engineers have worked hand in hand with WSP (Engineer) to support the variations in design to ensure that a secure structure is constructed at the end.
