Post-tensioning Innovation at Macquarie Park
The Veriu Group has marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of Veriu Macquarie Park in December 2024, its largest hotel to date. After nearly three years of meticulous planning and development, this project highlights cutting-edge construction practices and sets a new benchmark for hospitality and mixed-use spaces in Australia.
Located at 388 Lane Cove Road, Macquarie Park, this ambitious development by Holdmark, in partnership with Veriu Hotels, showcases an exceptional blend of retail, hospitality, and accommodation offerings, including a stunning rooftop bar. The project underscores the transformation of Macquarie Park, Australia’s largest non-CBD office market and is projected to become the fourth-largest commercial precinct by 2030.
